Challenge Options
- Use student work to present/teach information that can be used from year-to-year.
- Post annotations to an online forum to receive feedback.
- You Choose-You may also choose any other example of redefinition in your classroom.
***Please note that creating an iTunes U course for your class is a great step. It is not, however, redefinition unless the tasks the students are asked to do within the iTunesU course and flipped classroom videos are redefinition. You can simply place a series of pdfs in a course and there is no redefinition being done in the hands of the students. Evidence of learning with self-paced videos would be showing kids using them. Reflect on the learning. Is the learning being done at a redefinition level? Putting the learning in the hands of the kids, allowing them to create demonstrations of their learning in ways you could not previously conceive would be redefinition.
